The FCWSD is looking for a Water Operator to perform a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of the District's water and wastewater systems. We are looking for a self-starter with initiative who can still work well with the team. This is a career position with on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, excellent benefits packages available, and starting pay based on experience. Must be willing to work weekends and on-call when necessary. Operators must have or attain the required certification within 2 years. Competitive wages, Licensed Operators will start at a higher wage. No experience is required, will train acceptable applicants.
General Requirements: Ability to work safely in an unpredictable environment, good work ethic, strong mechanical aptitude, High School diploma or equivalent, valid Montana drivers license; must be insurable and be able to pass a drug test and background check.
